Wine & Paint Events – Terms And Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Wine & Paint events organised and hosted by Rhea / Express Your Taste ("the Organiser"). By booking and attending an event, you agree to the following terms.pieces.

• All reservations are confirmed only upon full prepayment.
• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Your payment secures your seat for the selected date and time.

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• More than 24 hours before the event:
  • Full refund (100%) of the amount paid.

• Within 24 hours before the event:
  • 50% refund of the amount paid.

• On the same day of the event or no-show:
  • No refund.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or direct message on our official channels).

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify an event due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to minimum attendance requirements, venue issues, or force majeure).
• In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future event. pieces.

Tickets that are non-refundable, may be transferred to another person with prior notice to the Organiser at least 12 hours before the event.

• Participants must be of legal drinking age.
• Responsible alcohol consumption is expected at all times.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

• Participation is at your own risk.
• The Organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
• All materials provided are to be used as instructed.

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used on our website and social media channels unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.

By completing a booking and attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
