Thank you for shopping with ArtByRhea. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand our procedures.
1. Returns
- Accepted Returns: We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. All other returns are subject to approval.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Return Process: To request a return, please contact us at byrhea.art@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returns without tracking information may not be accepted or processed.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, tags, or accessories included.
- Returns that are damaged, altered, or incomplete may be rejected or subject to additional charges.
3. Refunds
- No Refunds for Client Faults: We do not issue refunds if the issue arises from the customer’s mistake, change of mind, or failure to adhere to care instructions.
- Items Damaged or Incorrect: Refunds will be issued only if the item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product.
- Refund Process: Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Charges: Refunds will be minus any applicable charges (see section 4).
4. Charges & Fees
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied for certain returns.
- Processing Fees: Refunds may incur transaction or processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order if needed.
